Refund Terms and Cancellation Policy:

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY SCHEDULED SESSION(S) OR UNUSED SESSION(S) OF MULTI SESSION PACKAGES.

There is a strict 24hr rescheduling policy. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24hrs advance notification. Without proper notification, you will be charged in full for the session.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance nor do we provide billing or diagnosis codes.
